We are very pleased to soon welcome you to Aspen Prime Ski & Bike Resort.
Your arrival is just around the corner, so below you can find some of the most important information.
1. CHECK-IN
Where can I check in?
The reception is located at our facility by the main entrance. This is where you can check in and receive all the important information about your room and stay, as well as settle payments.
From what time can I check in? Can I arrive earlier?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in depends on room availability.

What do I need to prepare for a quick and smooth check-in at the Facility?
For check-in, you will only need your full name, identification document, and car registration number.
When can I settle my stay?
You must settle your stay during check-in.
Additional services, such as gastronomy or massages, will be billed upon check-out.
Is there an elevator in the Resort?
No, but assistance with carrying luggage is available.
Is the Resort accessible for people with disabilities?
We have 1 room adapted for people with disabilities. Accessibility is also provided for the Restaurant and Conference Rooms. Unfortunately, our SPA and Pool Area are currently not adapted for people with mobility disabilities.
2. RESTAURANT AND MEALS
How are breakfasts served?
Currently, breakfasts are served in a buffet form from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
How are dinners served?
Our facility does not offer dinners.

Can I purchase breakfasts on site?
It is possible to purchase a breakfast on site, no later than one day before the intended breakfast.
The cost of breakfast for an adult is 75 PLN.
Children up to 3 years old receive breakfast free of charge when parents purchase meals.
Children 3-6 years old - 38 PLN.
Is the Restaurant available on site?
Certainly! We invite you to our BOSQA Restaurant:
Restaurant open from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (orders until 9:45 PM).
Bar open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
How does Room Service work?
Room Service – delivery of meals and drinks to rooms. Orders can be placed by phone at number 530.
The service fee is 30 PLN. The last order is accepted by 9:45 PM.
I am vegetarian, have a food allergy, or follow a special diet – is it possible to prepare a separate menu?
All information related to food allergies or other dietary preferences must be provided when making a reservation. We will then be able to note this information and prepare meals according to your wishes.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment for orders at BOSQA Restaurant or Room Service can be made either when placing the order or added to the final bill for your stay in the room. We accept card and cash payments.
Where can we drink Czech beer?
In our BOSQA restaurant or in Mikulovice (Czech Republic).
3. WELLNESS AREA
Can I use the Wellness and Pool Areas?
The Wellness and Pool Areas are free for the Guests of our facility from 10:00 AM to 9:45 PM.
Where can I change and leave belongings for the pool?
Please use the changing rooms located at the main entrance to the SPA area. Locker keys can be collected at the Facility Reception. The fee for a lost key is 50 PLN.
Should I bring a towel from the room?
Pareo for saunas can be collected free of charge at Reception.
Bathrobes are available in the rooms.
Where do we return used pool towels and pareo?
We leave them in the SPA Area in designated baskets.
(Towels taken from Reception may be kept for the entire stay)
Is the fitness room operating normally?
Yes, the fitness zone is available for Guests – exclusively for adults and youth over 16 years of age.
4. ROOM SERVICE
Can I order room cleaning?
Partial service (replenishing toilet paper, emptying trash bins) is done daily from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Full service (changing bed linen, towels upon Guest’s request, and vacuuming) is done every 3rd day of stay from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
How does room service work?
The service must be requested at the main Reception and then hang the sign on the door. Cleaning is done at the Guest’s request and during their absence.
5. CHECK-OUT
What time is check-out? Can I stay longer?
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Extension of check-out time is payable at Reception.
Please ask at Reception the day before departure about late check-out possibilities as it depends on room availability.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have a question regarding my stay. Where can I get assistance?
Reception is open 24/7. We will gladly answer any questions.
Can I store sports equipment?
Certainly! There is a ski storage room on site for equipment storage.
I want to relax during my stay, can I use the SPA?

Ask Reception for a brochure with attractions or a local map.
We also encourage you to follow our attractions on the website and social media, where we inform you about what is happening at our Facility in real time!
