The BOSQA restaurant was created not only out of a passion for cooking but also out of a passion for traveling. Travel is an integral element and inspiration for creating new, refined dishes, for tasting cuisine, for bringing other cultures to our Polish tables. In the menu, you will find flavors combining Mare e Monti. Don't be surprised if you meet Karol Okrasa in an apron here, who together with Chef Olek Czyż will open doors to extraordinary combinations and enchant you with their taste.
