Rules for Using the SPA and Pool Zone at Aspen Prime Ski & Bike Resort
1. It is acknowledged that every person staying in the SPA and pool area has familiarized themselves with the regulations and committed to strictly adhering to them.
2. The pool may be used by persons:- who know how to swim,
- children under 16 years old only under the constant supervision and care of adults,
- children under 3 years old in special waterproof diapers under adult supervision,
- disabled persons requiring direct supervision and persons prone to convulsions or loss of consciousness only with an adult guardian,
- who have read the regulations and committed to adhering to them,
- who are guests of Aspen Prime Ski & Bike Resort.
- whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol or other similar acting substances,
- who did not shower using cleansing agents before entering the pool,
- with external signs of skin damage,
- showing signs of diseases posing a drowning hazard,
- whose behavior may endanger others,
- whose hygiene condition deviates from generally accepted standards.
4. Persons with unstable health conditions (heart diseases, circulatory disorders, balance problems, or similar) use the swimming pool with particular caution after consulting a doctor, at their own risk.
5. Pool users must not cause situations endangering the safety of others present, especially:
- entering the water without permission, running on paths surrounding the pool basins and showers,
- jumping into the water from pool edges,
- pushing, throwing into the water, submerging other pool users,
- bringing or introducing any kind of animals.
- carrying glass objects, especially dishes, glasses, and bottles,
- polluting the pool
6. The financial responsibility for damage or pollution of the pool, including fecal or vomit incidents, lies with the perpetrator or the guardian of a minor.
7. Management and pool staff are not responsible for valuables left in the pool area. Loss or finding of objects must be immediately reported to the pool staff. Retention of found items on the premises is a violation of the law.
8. Outside lifeguard working hours, use of the pool is at one's own risk.
9. Use of the pools and SPA area is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
