- Podlesie – Zlate Hory – Kopa Biskupia – Podlesie
- Difficulty level – medium
- Length – 28 km
We leave Aspen Prime on an asphalt road upwards, towards St. George's church, then turn right. After reaching the main road no. 411/445 (Głuchołazy - Zlate Hory) we turn right again. After a few hundred meters we cross the Polish-Czech border and go straight to the town of Zlate Hory. After passing the center of Zlate Hory and the Praded Tham hotel, we turn left onto road no. 457 towards the town of Petrowice. Now awaits us a demanding but beautiful uphill ride with views to the Petrovy Boudy parking lot. After a short rest there, we continue uphill along a forest rocky green trail to the summit of Biskupia Kopa.
Biskupia Kopa is a peak located in the Opawskie Mountains, on the border of Poland and the Czech Republic. Its altitude of 889 m above sea level makes it the highest peak of their Polish part. A characteristic feature of the mountain is the tower built on its summit, which we recommend climbing to admire the panorama of the Opawskie Mountains.
Next, we head for a meal or a hot drink at the Mountain Tourist House "Pod Biskupią Kopą", from where we descend along the yellow trail to the town of Jarnołtówek. Then through Skowronków Starowice, we reach the road leading to ASPEN PRIME. The last uphill and we are at the destination.
