Main assumptions of the project, objectives and effects: The subject of the project is the expansion of hotel services through the implementation of a new service in the form of providing infrastructure for organizing dance camps, tournaments, and martial arts training camps within the hotel's services.
As part of the project related to the introduction of the new service, the following will be carried out:
- construction works
- installation of a 50 kW photovoltaic system
- construction work to adapt the hall for the provision of the new service.
At the same time, it is planned to:
- upgrade qualifications by participating in a specialist training entitled "Information and data management as well as risk and crisis management enabling adaptation to changing conditions”
- advisory services, i.e. analysis of the existing business model of the company along with proposals for changes to create a new model.
These activities aim to strengthen the company's resilience to potential future crises by increasing the range of recipients, and also guarantee professional and comprehensive implementation of new products and services.
Target groups: The direct beneficiary of the support is Hotel Aspen Ltd.
The indirect beneficiaries are individual as well as business customers.
